Bodhipaksa www.wildmind.org	Bodhipaksa is an FWBO order member and was a teacher of The Spoon's when he lived in Scotland. He's now across the pond where (apart from being sorely missed) he's written several books on Vegetarianism and runs an online meditation course.
Leigh Brasington www.leighb.com	The Spoon came across Leigh Brasington's website while doing research on the concept of "No Self". The Spoon thought he had a lot in common with Leigh - background in Engineering, Spiritual Enquiry and love of Douglas Adams' books, and struck up a correspondence.

The Helios Fountain 7 The Grassmarket Edinburgh 0131 229 7884	A very friendly shop and the best place to go in Edinburgh when you're stuck for ideas for a present. The Helios Fountain have a board in their doorway for free advertising and have been very good to us with leaving a Reiki Group flyer up there. Thanks Guys!
The Edinburgh Reiki Group 7 - 8:30pm Wednesdays Cafe Solas Edinburgh	A small group of not-for-profit Reiki Practitioners who meet at Meadowbank Sports Centre in Edinburgh on a Wednesday evening to offer a drop-in session for absolutely anyone. A great bunch of guys who make a great cup of tea. There may be the odd chocolate biscuit available, but lately they've been trying to make the switch to fresh fruit. Whoever brought in the chocolate sauce to dip the strawberries into is NOT HELPING ;-)
